This is a reporting channel created and made available to anyone who feels the need to report acts of misconduct that violate the company's code of conduct and ethics.

The channel allows the registration of comments regarding the following topics:

I - Abuse of Power, characterized as the human act of taking advantage of superior positions to enforce personal desires;

II - Physical Aggression, characterized as any conduct that threatens the physical integrity and bodily health of a person;

III - Workplace harassment, characterized as the exposure of individuals to humiliating and embarrassing situations in the work environment, repeatedly and over a prolonged period, while performing their work activities;

IV - Sexual Harassment, characterized as the exposure of individuals to humiliating and embarrassing situations with sexual connotations in the workplace, repeatedly and over a prolonged period, while performing their work activities;

V - Discrimination, characterized as any distinction, exclusion and/or preference based on certain criteria, which has the effect of destroying and/or altering equality of opportunity and/or treatment in the exercise of their work activities, in matters of employment and/or profession;

VI - Violation of the laws.

After filling out the form, your complaint will be sent for investigation.

It is important that all requested fields on the form are completed and that your report is as detailed as possible.

Anonymity and confidentiality in this case will be guaranteed!

The content reported is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the whistleblower.

False accusations and false reporting are crimes.
